Licensed Real Estate Agent · Riviera Maya
Your Pinterest board dream home, realized.
Let me turn your Pinterest board into your second home in paradise. Across the Riviera Maya, with Playa del Carmen as home base. Transparent at every step, even when it doesn't lead to a sale.

Hi, I'm Orit
I've hosted strangers in homes I designed, taught people to breathe, and found my own exhale in Playa.
For 11 years I designed, furnished and ran homes for guests in the U.S., Costa Rica and Mexico. I've spent years flying the world. I'm a breathwork facilitator and a serious foodie.
Then I closed the company on purpose and moved to Playa del Carmen full-time. Now I help people find a home here the way I'd want to be helped: honest, unhurried, and with a very good taco recommendation.

Buying from far away
A second home here is a life decision, and a portfolio one.
You've seen the reels. The view, the pool, the price. What you can't see from far away is which projects to stay away from, which developers deliver, and what life on that street feels like, day and night.
There's no MLS in the Riviera Maya. Listings are scattered and the same home can show up at different prices. I do the homework across the whole market, and when a home is my own listing, you'll hear it from me first.
That's where I come in.
How I work
How I work with you.
I ask the whole market
Not only the homes online. I ask other brokers and developers what's truly available in your budget, including homes that are never posted.
I check before you pay
That the listing is real and current, has its permits, and that the person selling it can actually sell it. If not, we go to the source.
I negotiate for you
What similar homes sold for, what we could offer, and the terms and deadlines that protect you, not the sale.
I stay after the keys
Escrow, the bank trust, the Notario and the attorney, then the title registration months later. I follow up until it's done.
Home tours
Walk through the homes with me.
If you see me inside it, it's real, it exists, and I can vouch for it.
